Food grade Wilton Glycerin (2 oz bottle) is widely believed to be one of the best vegetable glyercins (VG) available for "cutting" eLiquid.  VG is thicker than propylene glycol (PG) which is standard in many eLiquids, and as such is reported to produces larger amounts of voluminous vapor that will hang in the air better.

NOTE - Due to its thickness, VG can lead to clogged atomizers and cartridges over time, so be prepared to clean your atomizers on occasion and replace your cartridges if using VG for increased vapor output!
