  • Returns

    Un-used and un-opened parts or products may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt.
    Unfortunately we can not and do not offer a “try before you buy” policy since most products generally cannot be restocked. Kits, cartridges, eLiquids, flavorings and all other products cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged after being opened, used, or evaluated in any way.
     
    Atomizers, batteries, charging accessories, and cases only are warrantied against defect for a period of 6 months following the date of purchase. If any of these parts malfunction, simply contact us by email. After trouble-shooting if we determine your product may be faulty, we will request that you mail us the faulty part for additional testing. Any products found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced and sent to you at no additional cost.
     
    Potentially faulty products must be returned by you to us at your expense, should be sent via recorded delivery, and should be adequately insured during the return journey. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. Your return packaging must clear show the invoice/order number from your original order and should contain a brief description of the issue(s).
